[Rsgames-beta] A Better Way to End a Game

I would also like to suggest that a better way to end a game of Scrabble be
devised. Scrabble can take an awfully long time to play, and I've found that
leaving a game and coming back to it often isn't reliable. So I suggest that
a way be devised to mutually end a game that doesn't involve six passes.
