[Rsgames-beta] A Better Way to End a Game

Hey Bruce,

aPparently the 6 forfeits is part of the official rules (at least according
to Wikipedia) but I'm inclined to agree. Perhaps it could ask all players
if they agree to end the game, and end it as long as all players answer yes.

Also, unlike other games, Scrabble games are saved (currently indefinitely,
although we might implement a time limit in the future).
