This is a beautiful and powerful piece of work,from the title to the end. 



The title says full of hope. 



It covers all the dark colors in its pristine newness.



It dazzels with its crystalline perfection.Its  elegance. 



There is illusion here.  



The harshness of wingter is hidden  by the simplest  quality of the snow. 



You choose to numb your thoughts  in order toallow  hope to fill in the cracks of thisillusion with the illusion itself.  



This is a conundrum  because the snow is a reality. 



It is a veneer which hides  the darkness, 



but it is just as real as the darkness. 



You live this way, in the  contradiction of white and black. 



All truths are composed of opposites. 



No one is more aware of this than you, 



though you experience both  sides at different times in its entirety.




 



 



 



 


Silent snow fall



covers all dark color



in dazzling perfection 




 



 


Luminous, brilliantly simple,



lights bare winter



with clean elegance



overcoming cold's blustery flow




 


I look beyond its icy glare,



numb thought and limbs



to find a gift of hope



waiting to fill the tiny cracks



in swirls of pristine serenity
