Joan’s comments for November 19, 2020
**Leonard: Fog World
Love the title and the ending, the image of the Good Humor man in a truck.
It’s you, of course, the man busily scurrying to interpret reality, to dish
out only sweetness. Meanwhile you travel through a multi-dimensional world,
offering your fanciful, often flippant view of blind reality. Thank you!
**Val: Images
The world through your “seeing brain”, “dormant eyes” is overflowing with
color and life, movement and meaning. “until morning when I wake”. Another
moving look at the world through faulty eyes, perhaps seeing more than you
realize. Thank you!
**Brad: The Gift
“aligned and freely given//but you have twisted it” the gift of
understanding is mysterious and moving, poignant and philosophical. Thank
you!
**Alice: Hands of ...Grandma Farmer
Love the word play you employ in turning of polent, and making apple
turnovers; spotted hands and spotless kitchen.Your admiration and love
shine throughout the images you paint, the legacy of handing down meaning
and love--even as you hand off your beloved piano. Thank you!
