I got this the next day after the Hadley resource roundup about Alzheimer's
They talked about when what is happening is an indication of the onset of Alzheimer’s, and when it is just part of aging.
The key is if it is a change in behavior.
If a person that has had good memory starts to forget how to get somewhere, it may be an indication of the beginning of Alzheimer’s, but if it is a person that has always had to make notes to remember things, it is likely just a result of aging.
Putting a note about this could be a good addition to the piece.
Good piece.

I follow most of his thinking, but it's almost a foreign language.
My background, I think, lets me follow it, but I'm not sure modern readers would.
[later note: I've been reading some books written back in the 1930's and they were republished in 1962. The publisher didn't bother to put information in on the meaning of many of the words and phrases used in the book from the 1930's so I have changed my mind on this comment.
I question the spelling of cow tow and looked it up on the internet
I've found Kow Tow (to pay respect)
or cow tail (to suck it up to please someone else)

This is such a beautiful and heart warming piece.
I read it 3 times and teared up each time.

I liked this poem very much
distance
is this drawing of a magic circle a physical exercise
This reminds me of a dream catcher
I first learned about dream catchers when a friend of mine explained one hanging from her rear view mirror
I did a little research and even thought about trying to make one.
This poem reminds me of that.
