This is quite wise of him.
Speaking personally, I am rather stunned more organizations with the
mission of improving the quality of Life for those experiencing
disabilities have not taken a stronger collective stance around Paypal.
I learned myself today that Paypal will now require verification for each
transaction likely not done via there specific application..and it one
must read to pass.
No options for a code via voice or email.
That stance impacts so many populations that the he unity in shared barrier
seems obvious.
