[DECtalk] anyone using bestSpeech tts still?

just curious if anyone here is using the bestSpeech tts engine with NVDA?
And does anyone on here know anybody who could make a sapi5 interface for
bestSpeech? As for linux users, I think bestSpeech could work under wine.
