You read my mind. Was going to ask if there was a way to share the voices 
in another format.
Actually though that generates a question.
There is a great deal more involved in using a screen reader then just 
text.
Having a voice consistent across applications.  being able to control 
pitch, rate, inflection.  having the option to control how numbers, 
symbols, punctuation, anagrams and the like are managed.
So, how does adding this voice into your windows environment provide this 
kind of synthesizer foundation?
