[DECtalk] Permissions, Rights, etc. (was Re: Report of a successful use of dectalk with graphical Linux.)

Hi,

No, please don't leave the list. As list owner/moderator, I welcome 
anyone on this list who loves playing with DECtalk in all its hardware 
and software versions. I just don't want this list to be flooded with 
this type of argument that none of us on the list can resolve, since not 
one of us has the rights to do what is needed.
