[DECtalk] decTalk express emulator

it works very nicely. now, what would be nice is a talking dosbox
machine with this built in compared to the versions with the virtual
braille 'n speak with nvda being the driving force behind that system.
The emulator works nice and can be used as an access 32 replacement.
