Then I guess I don't understand the question, either.

Lynx has the advantage of being entirely character-based -- no support
for graphics that could evade a screen reader.  Of course, because it
can only handle text, it can only access sites/pages that can be (largely)
rendered as text.  (I've no idea what google looks like to a lynx client
but *if* it renders, at all, I'd wager it more suitable for a screen
reader than a graphical client)

One could also try accessing google's services masquerading as a cell phone
client to see if it is more renderable, there.

But that doesn't mean that all sites can be accessed using that/those
mechanisms.
