[DECtalk] the grossgang folder on google drive

That is not really the question chime,
Especially as this has nothing to do with lynx, but using dectalk, in a 
platform that reaches google drive inclusively.
That could be any number of things, if dectalk is supported, being used, 
on that platform.
After all, in a prior thread, others spoke of   using dectalk in windows.
