[DECtalk] The DECtalk PC Gets a Spotlight on LGR!

This is a few months late, and if it's been posted before, sorry about that.
For those who watch and/or have heard of Lazy Game Reviews (LGR) on
YouTube, he did a video on the DECtalk PC speech synthesizer board.
Interesting that he uses JAWS for DOS in this video, and he even mentions
it in passing earlier in the video too!
