[DECtalk] what are the differences between dectalk access32 and normal dectalk software

Here's my idea:

Access32 is probably an internal codename or product name, but I don't
actually think there's any difference in the DECtalk speech. Access32
is software DEC, though, that's for sure. I'm guessing it was named
that as in, access DECtalk in 32-bit software applications, and built
for 32-bit application support... Including and not limited to,
software access packages such as screen readers.

Am I off on the beaten path here, or just rambling?
