[DECtalk] what are the differences between dectalk access32 and normal dectalk software

Hi,
I read someware that access32 versions of dectalk software are 
different than normal versions of dectalk software.
The only difference that i found is the typing demo thing.
Are there any other differences that i don't know about?
The versions of dectalk access32 i know about are 4.41, 4.60, and 
4.64. The normal versions of dectalk software i know about are 
4.3, 4.40, 4.61, and 4.63.
