That is an interesting idea.
I think the access32 DECtalk's have that typing feature for
people that are learning to type.
I wouldn't recommend it, because it speaks so fast you couldn't
understand what it is saying most of the time.
For example, backspace sounds like bakspec or something like
that.
lol.

Here's my idea:

Access32 is probably an internal codename or product name, but I
don't
actually think there's any difference in the DECtalk speech.
Access32
is software DEC, though, that's for sure. I'm guessing it was
named
that as in, access DECtalk in 32-bit software applications, and
built
for 32-bit application support... Including and not limited to,
software access packages such as screen readers.

Am I off on the beaten path here, or just rambling?

 Hi,
I read someware that access32 versions of dectalk software are
different than normal versions of dectalk software.
The only difference that i found is the typing demo thing.
Are there any other differences that i don't know about?
The versions of dectalk access32 i know about are 4.41, 4.60,
and
4.64. The normal versions of dectalk software i know about are
 4.3, 4.40, 4.61, and 4.63.
