[DECtalk] Sapi synthesizer: Chatterbox, my thoughts

No, the sapi.pi thing is not illegal, as it is a script esspecially made 
for nvda so you won't have issues with that.  All it does, is it keeps 
the sapi engine from crashing.  There is no legal problem at all.
