[DECtalk] gmail and its attachments

Unfortunately, gmail blocks all attachments of executable files. For 
most archive types, google simply extracts them and blocks them if any 
executable files are present. To get around this, you can either use a 
link to a file-sharing site or web server, or you can package the files 
into a .7z file. This type of file isn't extracted yet, although I fully 
expect google to get to that at some point in the near future. By the 
way, as the dectalk archive address is through gmail, the same 
requirements apply to that. I do eventually think I will move the 
dectalk archive address to my personal server, but that's not high on my 
list of projects right now.
