[DECtalk] University of Dundee?

Yes, I heard those. And, by the way, how is it possible that a WHOIS search said dectalk.com 
has been around since 2009, when the dates on the files make it obvious that it's been around since 
2002 or so? Was it because the domain name expired, and they had to redo the whole thing?
