[DECtalk] Pronunciations

Hey thanks. How'd you manage this? Do you have a way to test phonemes on the 
fly, or do you just know them so well you can do it? I don't, on the other 
hand. BTW, the 'hahn text produces an error in phoneme in 4.3.
