[DECtalk] Force Computers And DECTalk Plus GPS rant

Yeah, I don't mind the Vocalizer synth but the Samantha voice (on the
Stream and IPod/iPad) sounds like a smoker, and the UK English is even
more breathy sounding! But yes it's very clear and leaves hardly any
footprint on the system.
