[DECtalk] the archive is messed up

well mine is around 400mb.
that includes the red dwarf project, I suppose its 800 if I include 
the snoopy project but just the dectalk alone is only 300mb.
I used to have dec files but I have lost it all somewhere, and don't 
really play them anyway.
