[DECtalk] Bandwidth limiting

The coral thing is something everyone with heavy requirements should use. I
wonder how well it would work for Podcasts that are like 40-50 megs long or
more? I don't get how people that get them popular could deal with the hit
of hundreds of gigs a month.
