[DECtalk] Bandwidth limiting

Hi, the updating is automatic since it's not really a mirror. It
dynamically mirrors every file. So, if a file is deleted, it won't
show up via nyud.net because it won't be on the originating
server. If a file is new, it has to download it the first time
someone requests it because it hasn't previously stored it. The
point is that since it isn't really a mirror, it's always current
with no work involved. I recommend it for any mp3 site or anything
with large, static files. It can automatically mirror anything.
