Ownership's Comments: [DECtalk] Read me file updated

Hello,
To find the entire DECtalk archive, go to the following url.
http://jaybird.no-ip.info/dectalk
Look in the "Red Dwarf" directory for, well, Red Dwarf.
I have a few more thoughts on the archive situation. Frankly, I don't see
the archive becoming much of a bandwidth drain, because frankly very few
people are interested in this stuff. If I do take over the archive, and if
the bandwidth drain does turn out to be a problem, I can find a site like
planetmirror.com and get them to mirror the archive, then point visitors to
the mirror instead of my own site. Maybe set up a username and password so
people who have a good reason to access the archive on my machine can do so.
Also, as suggested earlier today, I can create a Bit Torrent of the archive,
as it exists at any point in time. A torrent is completely static, and can
not be updated, however. Also, with a torrent, downloaders can't pick which
files they wish to receive, they will get the entire archive. With a
torrent, you get all or nothing.
Jayson.
