[Blindapple] Apple IIGS emulation

I'm using the 1.3 version of textalker found in the dropbox. It seems to 
have some kind of a DOS on it, but it fails to speak and fails to load 
properly. Actually, this is still not exactly working completely right 
running DOS3.3 and ProDOS floppies either, as any sound that plays 
through the apple speaker is very fast. I think this can maybe be 
changed on the mame command line, but I haven't figured out how to do 
that just yet.
