This tells a story ofsomeone is very tired of someone elses superior attitude

If he were as sure ofhimself as he pretends,

He wouldn’t need to be soinflexible.

He wouldn’t need to be sosteadfast.

He wouldn’t need to be soinflexible as to never  change his stance

Resigned

I throw my hands high--

once again, you stealmomentum,

letting me know you'resmarter,

He is clearly interestedin proving him sell

classy, much above the lifecut.

I don't buy you're

smug, precise convictions withyourself as

glowing star.

You are not convinced heis as smart as he pretends.

Again, I wonder who you

really are, beneeth thecool,

yet merky control.

You don’t trust him anymore than  I do.

Why does he have to actas superior as he does.

Too sweet, your words areeven,

fixed in place like icecubes

What do you mean by , toosweet.? Are his words too sweet, but fake?

squarely contained. Strangeto think

your world hasn't moved orreshaped

one inch.

He has not changed.

He has his formula and hesticks to it.

Are you satisfied? Resigned?

It baffles me and makes mecrazy,

like screaming in a hall of

beveled mirrors.

You find it veryfrustrating.
