The only thing I could find to correct was: "the call was costing me six
dollars a minutes, there shouldn't be an S on minutes. 

I am not sure this chapter advances the story much, except to give a little
background color to why Veronica seems shallow. She learned to take care of
herself first from her mother. Good work.

Repair n organ, needs an a before the letter n.
