Another poem about the war
a flower garden replaced with a vegetable garden because of necessity
named a victory garden
looking forward to the time the enemy is defeated and things can return to normal
a vivid picture of the times
I was 4 or 5 lines into the poem before I caught on to what it was about.

A warm touching memory.
about 2 people while gone are loved and not forgotten
now they are together
nicely done

That junk mail, as it has come to be known, represents someone’s dreams of success.
Now we have the internet.
I’ve read that sending out those emails is damaging to the environment as well.
Let’s face it, we are a destructive people by nature.
I don’t mind junk mail.
It provides reading material for Dusty, and when it’s only printed on one side, cheap printer paper for A tribute to how technology has changed our lives.
We don’t write letters any more. We email or communicate on social media.
But, advertising still clings to the hope someone will read it and be impressed.

It is a cat tail. Fur to the point.
I don't find the engaging writing that is so prevalent in your stories about the guide dogs.
It's a good story, but needs something to bring the reader in.
Or, maybe it was just the time I was reading it since others seemed to be ok with it.
Nice attempt at something new.
