Should the poems be in chronological order?

 

Should the poems be in sections according to subject matter?

 

I plan to have an explanatory paragraph before each poem.  Would this work better at the top of the poem or on a facing page?

 

I want to include some prose pieces and scatter them throughout the book.  Any ideas?
