Try:  Provides.

 

Punctuation:  Warriors: Have strong well trained and loyal armies.

Try:  Warriors: Have strong, well-trained, and loyal armies.

Too many rulers and provinces!

Lead with name

More concise, limit list to only the top two or three players.
