[DECtalk] Eloquence on it's way back to Android

This is a bit off topic for the list, since it doesn't relate specifically
to DECtalk, however I think it's worth mentioning anyway, since quite a few
members on here have mentioned using Eloquence in the past.

It appears that Code Factory is working on a new version of Eloquence for
Android, compatible with 64-bit devices and all the latest Android
specifications. This was posted on the AudioGames.net forum by a user who
has apparently been contacted by Code Factory to be part of a testing
programe.
