[DECtalk] An interesting read, which puts the current state of DECtalk's ownership into question

and that's why i sent information about the port for android. plus there
was a post on the orca list where someone mentioned that it was supposed to
be free for blind people for personal use. just do a google search for
dectalk human voice llc and it'll be one of the results. Was from earlier
this year.
