[DECtalk] Dectalk Archive Question

As fare as I know, the current DECtalk efforts are happening over at GitHub
here:

Jake Gross sent a file out to the list containing a lot of different DECtalk
speak windows, including several version of DECtalk 4.99, which is the name
of the current version being develuped at GitHub. The link is:
