[DECtalk] dectalk v4.0?

Hi,

What I sent is version 4.0 of the DECtalk PC software. As far as I know, 
this hasn't been available online before. I think I once saw an archive 
of version 4.1, and the version that seems readily available is one of 
the 4.2 ones.
