[DECtalk] other classic synthesizers

If I remember right, I think SAM, software automatic mouth tts is open
source. I could be wrong though. But if it is, could Jake perhaps make a
basic sapi5 version of software automatic mouth, sam? That was quite an
interesting synthesizer for its time, and in some ways it reminds me of the
old echo or braille 'n speak or votrax, just in how it pronounces things.
