[DECtalk] It's time to bust some DECtalk myths

Well Don-and-Nick, I never hear a version number, as I did when I had a DecPC, 
or an Express. There are times when booting, where I hear "command error in 
command" Also, at times I've heard "euro" ahead of command, but euro was normal 
volume, then it drops. But we have some of the settings I enjoy in a startup. 
So, all of this tells me that there are Speakup settings which are making an 
ajustment.
