[DECtalk] decTalk express emulator

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't decTalk the most popular hardware
synthesizer box back in the 1980s and 1990s? Now if only I could get in
touch with Randy Carlstrom maker of doubletalk, CEO of rc systems inc.

it works very nicely. now, what would be nice is a talking dosbox machine
with this built in compared to the versions with the virtual braille 'n
speak with nvda being the driving force behind that system.
The emulator works nice and can be used as an access 32 replacement.
