[DECtalk] decTalk sapi5

Hi,

 

I found someone to take the decTalk dlls 4.1 through 4.6 and make a sapi5
interface and installer. The team needs info about the dlls though. I gave
them the decTalk manual and the NvDA addon with python code. If anyone has
info on how these dlls work please let me know.
