[DECtalk] DECTALK speak windows and screen readers

hi,
what is the best screen reader to use with the? DecTalk speak window applications, in order to successfully click the various graphics, and to adjust the rate of the speech? and do you think that freedom scientific will ever bring back DecTalk access32? because I would really like to be able to use an older version of DecTalk4.1 or 4.6 with Jaws again.
