[DECtalk] ot: perhaps older dectalk utility.

Hi everyone,
this may only ring a bell for those who  got their dectalk hardware via 
xerox, perhaps a few other avenues.
The utility I am seeking is called openport.  I use it in DOS, but it may 
have also worked, say with windvision, in windows as well.  The utility 
allowed one to transfer scanned contents from  a machine like the reading 
edge, directly  into a word processor..wordperfect for example.
I have the program still, but my documentation file is in storage, which 
is why I am  wondering if anyone recalls the program?
