[DECtalk] Introduction

Hi Keith,

Welcome to the Dectalk list! I think the audio file which you shared was 
creative, especially the fight sounds generated by DECtalk. Is Perfect 
Paul's claim in your audio file that the Speak windows won't work on 
Windows 11 a true statement? I am currently running Windows 10 on a 
computer which is not compatible with Windows 11.
