Actually Isaac, NOAA dropped DecTalk many years ago because sales of Weather Radios had dropped off. Meanwhile they went to what sounds like AT&T Natural Voices. Sure a bit more human but less accurate. Maybe you can lookup in a search or the wayback machine for NOAA Weather Radio Console Replacement. Chime
