Hi Blake,

The DECtalk Express can work with newer Windows, if you use a serial to usb cable. I use JAWS 18, and I'm able to get the DECtalk Express working as a synthesizer with JAWS.

The old Dos programs opviewsly doesn't work with Windows, but you can use a "copy" command from the command line, so send text files to the DECtalk Express, and have it read them. Atleast that works for me.
