[DECtalk] IBM tts the big and small versions?

Hi,
On Jake’s website, he has two versions of IBM-tts. One is 3gigs with the humanlike concatenative voices, the other is small and has a letter l at the end. Did he make the small one? The one with L at the end of the filename? Or are there more than one version on IBM’s ftp site?
