[DECtalk] legality of dectalk, II

Hello,

There used to be a DecTalk 4.6.1 SAPI5, if memory serves.
Is it still possible to purchase it?

I like that one, particularly because of how certain things are read.
It's a nice cross between the old and new DecTalk.
