[DECtalk] More Gnuspeech demos added

I agree. I tried slowing down one of the MP3s in Audacity to see what would
happen. When slowed down the TTS was not comprehensible at all. Listening to
the tTS at the speed which Tony had set, I can only understand a few words
in the samples.
