[DECtalk] How many of you are familiar with the Talking IRC Inside Jokes

Hi,
I have the DECtalk archive backed up on an external hard drive. What is
this talking IRC site that you are referring to? Isn't BOFH an
abbreviation for a Bossed operator from somewhere? I do recall the cat
Leet, but I don't remember hearing any parodies of the Beach Boys.
There's one called IRC Court which I thought was kind of interesting.
Further clarification would greatly be appreciated.
