[DECtalk] Klatt Speech Synthesizer

I've used it with jaws, and what I did, was just read the sentences from 
there.  yes, you could probably get away with coppying the file to your 
note taker, but the only problem with that is, you'd have to make sure 
it matches the sentence you're reading.  If you do the all in order, I 
don't think you should have a problem.  However, another disadvantage 
is, you must remember the sentence you left off on when you begin 
recording at a later time.
