[DECtalk] dtdic.log

Hi,
I was browsing in the route of a thumb drive and found a file 
called dtdic.log.
I have DECtalk access32 version 4.60 on that thumb drive, so i 
assumed this file was generated by a program like say or speak.
When i looked in this file, i saw something about GW Micro.
I know dectalk 4.60 was made by Smart Modular Technologies.
I am confused.
Can someone please tell me what Gw Micro has to do with DECtalk 
access32?
I attached the log file to this email so you guys can look at 
what i saw when i opened it in notepad.
